At Posh Hair Designz, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional and luxurious experience for all our clients. To ensure the best service and smooth booking process, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies below:

Booking Deposit

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all extension services. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total service cost. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable, regardless of any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ask for the same courtesy in return. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation policy:

• Less than 24 hours' notice: A charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will apply.

• No-shows: A charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount will be applied.

This policy ensures that we can accommodate all of our clients and keep the salon running smoothly.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes you may need to reschedule. Clients can reschedule their appointment up to two times within a 30-day time frame from the original appointment date without penalty, provided the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time.

However, please be aware:

• Rescheduling beyond the two allowed times, or after the 30-day window, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Forfeiting your deposit helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate the needs of all clients.

Late Policy

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, but we ask that you kindly call or text us to notify of your delay. If you arrive after the grace period, a $35 late fee will be applied to your service.

In the event of excessively late arrivals beyond the grace period, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, and the deposit may be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Our priority is your satisfaction, and we strive to deliver exceptional results. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

• Stylist-initiated cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to our own scheduling conflicts, you will receive a full refund.

• At Posh Hair Designz, we strive to deliver exceptional results tailored to your individual needs. Since a thorough consultation and questionnaire are provided prior to your service to ensure a clear understanding of your goals and expectations, we do not offer refunds after services have been rendered.

• In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your service, we kindly ask that you allow us the opportunity to address your concerns and make corrections. We believe in open communication and are committed to ensuring that every guest leaves feeling their best.

No Children or Additional Guests

For the comfort and relaxation of all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or extra guests to your appointment. This allows us to maintain a calm and serene salon environment.

Content Creation Policy

Posh Hair Designz is a content-focused salon, and our brand thrives on showcasing the beauty of our work through images and videos. As part of your experience, photos and videos will be taken during your service to capture the transformation. If you prefer not to be featured in our content, we kindly ask that you consider whether our salon is the right fit for you. For those who prefer privacy, we do offer a Discreet Service option, where your identity can be concealed for an additional $500 fee.
